Boston's DevOps Community

Where local tech leaders meet, teach, and learn about operations at scale

What is BosOps?

💬

Casual Conversations

No formal presentations or talks. Just genuine conversations about the challenges and solutions in running technical operations.

🤝

Connect with Peers

Meet other technology leaders responsible for 24/7 operations, scaling systems, and building resilient teams.

💻

Active Community

Join our daily discussions on Slack where 655+ members share knowledge, solve problems, and support each other. (And yes, we know there's another Boston DevOps slack. This one's better.)

Founded in 2017, BosOps is Boston's premier community for DevOps engineers, SREs, platform engineers, and technical operations leaders. We focus on informal networking and knowledge sharing, creating a space where you can discuss real-world operational challenges without the pressure of formal presentations.

Sure, we talk about Kubernetes, incident response, and on-call rotations. But we also debate the best way to smoke a brisket, argue about coffee brewing methods, share bike routes, discuss Boston sports and politics (politely), swap parenting tips, and generally enjoy being humans who happen to work in tech. We're the fun Boston DevOps community.
